Quotation & process
No. We manufacture from batch size 1 – from prototypes to small and medium series.
Bill of materials (BOM) as Excel or CSV, Gerber or ODB++ data, placement data (pick & place) and the required quantities. For devices, additionally drawings and test specifications.
Yes – all of it, some of it or none at all. We source the rest through our supplier network.
Manufacturing & quality
Yes, RoHS compliant. On request we also manufacture with leaded solder.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and inspection and acceptance follow IPC-A-610 – with a certified IPC trainer and IPC specialist in-house.
Every assembly passes through automated 3D AOI. Depending on requirements, this is followed by in-circuit test, customer-specific functional tests or a flying probe test via our partner.
Collaboration
No, we specialise in manufacturing. Where development is required, we refer you to experienced engineering firms from our network and support the project through to series production.
