This pays off particularly with short-notice changes: BOM changes can usually be assessed and implemented within 24 hours. New or changed components can be identified, sourced and integrated into ongoing processes quickly.

For prototypes and urgent express orders you also benefit from short decision paths: subject to availability, required materials can be ordered within a day. We are supported by an ERP system designed specifically for EMS manufacturing – it shows us at a glance when ordered components will arrive. In this way we combine the advantages of structured purchasing with the flexibility of an agile company.

International sourcing with selected partners

We source components internationally and work with a carefully selected network of qualified supply partners. Our partners have defined internal quality processes for the sourcing and inspection of electronic components. The focus is on transparency, traceability and securing the supply chain.

Lifecycle management

We keep an eye on the availability of our components throughout their entire lifecycle – monitoring manufacturer information, end-of-life notices, lead times and potential supply risks. For critical components or those needed in the long term, we take action early, such as evaluating technical alternatives or targeted last-time-buy purchases.

Plan ahead instead of reacting at short notice

Forward planning is crucial, especially in volatile procurement markets. That is why we pass on requirements to our supply partners early and work – wherever possible – with firmly confirmed delivery dates and long-term planned orders. Close exchange with our suppliers gives us early information about possible shortages and market availability. This way we act together with you before a potential challenge turns into a production problem.

Secure storage and professional material processes

In goods receipt, storage and staging too, we ensure that electronic components are handled in line with quality requirements. Our processes are designed for ESD-safe handling of electronic components. Suitable storage conditions and dry cabinets for moisture-sensitive components are available for proper long-term storage – so strategically stocked materials are stored under controlled conditions until they are used.

ESD-safe delivery of your assemblies

For regional deliveries we use reusable returnable packaging with reliable ESD protection. In the Munich area we deliver your assemblies in person on request. International deliveries are no problem either: every assembly is packed ESD-safe and prepared securely for transport – with your preferred carrier or via our proven logistics network.
