3D AOI for every assembly

A central element of our quality assurance is automated 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) with a PARMI system. This process is used for all our assemblies. Every single solder joint is inspected automatically and checked for possible defects such as solder bridges, faulty joints or deviations in component position.

Three-dimensional inspection gives us detailed and reproducible control of placement and soldering quality. Automated inspection enables high test coverage with short test times and provides a reliable basis for consistently high production quality.

Electrical and functional testing

In addition, various methods are available for the electrical and functional testing of our assemblies, including in-circuit test (ICT). For customer-specific requirements we implement individual functional tests and tailor the testing precisely to the respective assembly and its intended function.

Flying probe test

For assemblies where a flying probe test makes sense, we rely on a long-established external partner. Our partner has more than 25 years of experience in flying probe testing and enables reliable electrical testing even for complex test requirements – without a customer-specific test fixture.

Do you have special test requirements?

Depending on the assembly and quantity, we decide together with you which test concept makes the most sense technically and economically.

  • 3D AOI (PARMI) for all assemblies
  • In-circuit test (ICT)
  • Customer-specific functional tests
  • Flying probe via an external partner
  • Burn-in in a temperature chamber – depending on requirements

Feel free to get in touch. We will help you define the right inspection and test procedures for your assembly and integrate your individual requirements reliably into the production process.
