THT assembly & wave soldering

Our extensive manufacturing capabilities also cover the processing of through-hole components (THT). Thanks to our production staff with decades of experience and well-equipped hand soldering stations, we guarantee the highest quality in manual assembly and rework. Mechanical preparation such as bending and cutting of components is carried out reliably on our modern production equipment.

For efficient and reproducible processing of THT assemblies we rely on a powerful wave soldering system. The dross produced during wave soldering is recovered with our tin recycling system and returned to the material cycle.

Press-fit technology

For processing press-fit components we have suitable production equipment on site. This allows us to integrate press-fit operations reliably and efficiently into our manufacturing process. We make some of the required tools and fixtures ourselves and implement individual solutions directly in-house.

Box build & device assembly

Beyond assembly and soldering, we take care of the mechanical assembly and final production of electronic assemblies and complete devices – from inserting and fastening components through the assembly of enclosures and connectors to wiring and cable assembly work. By carrying out numerous work steps directly in-house, we reduce interfaces and enable manufacturing from a single source – right up to the fully assembled, tested and packaged product.

  • Enclosure assembly (metal and plastic)
  • Wiring, cable harnesses and cable assembly
  • Fitting of connectors, heat sinks, displays and controls
  • Final testing, labelling and packaging – with direct shipping to your customers on request
